At The Goddess Collection, we want you to feel empowered and beautiful in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
